The DoubleTree at Rocky Point has been sold for $34M. Between this, the rebranding of the Bay Harbor Hotel as The Godfrey, as well as the new Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, Current, being constructed on the old Crawdaddy’s property, Rocky Point hotels are on the up.
