Upscale Waterfront Apartments Coming to Rocky Point

If you’ve been following our posts, you will have seen that the Chart House restaurant property has been sold to developers. West Shore currently demands the second highest rents throughout the Tampa Bay area, and now another upscale 323-unit waterfront apartment community is coming to the Rocky Point area of West Shore.  ZOM, a partner in the construction project, has earned more than one hundred industry awards for project design and development, including the National Multifamily Development Firm of the Year award.

Construction should be complete summer 2018.
