The 2023 Rocky Point Boat Parade will be held December 9.

New to 2023, captains will meet a volunteer coordinator before the parade to sign required forms and pick up their swag bag, lighted boat number, and ticket for the Captain’s Boat Parade After Party.

On the evening of the parade, boats will line up in the basin in front of the Westin and Bahama Breeze between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. After one warm-up lap, they head north to Pelican Island, with a stopover in Sweetwater Cove, followed by all of Dana Shores. After the parade, captains and crew are invited to the Captain’s After Party at Bahama Breeze where parade winners will be announced!

Watching the parade? Volunteers have secured several sponsors and we have some great prizes in store for our winners along with new opportunities for those watching the parade to get involved. If you’re hosting a registered watch party, we have party packs available for you and your crew to cheer on our captains.

All residents signed up to receive emails from the Dana Shores Civic Association receive an electronic email allowing them to vote the night of the boat parade. Voting will continue through 9:00 p.m., after which winners will be announced at the Captain’s After Party. All residents are invited to help us select the next winner!
