Hogan’s Beach Sold for Redevelopment

The online news is abuzz with news of Hogan’s Beach. Some of the articles suggest the change was spawned by Hogan’s racist remarks, although local news tends to focus more on owner, Ben Mallah’s, desire to sell the property containing both the hotel and restaurant.
