In February, plans were unveiled to build a 14-story, waterfront residential tower next to the Westin hotel on Rocky Point. Plans call for 258 units ranging from studio to 4-bedroom apartments located on floors 4 – 14 (above a 3-story parking garage). Click here for more information.
